I applied online at the end of May, and the interview process began in early June. It kicked off with a phone screening where HR asked me about my background and experiences. I initially applied for an Android developer role, but due to my lack of industrial experience, HR suggested I switch to the Apprentice program, which is for fresh graduates. Then, she set up a 30-minute technical phone interview for me. During that call, I was asked two questions using remote white-boarding, and one question was just for ideas without actual coding. Two days later, I got an invitation for an onsite interview at their Boston office. The onsite involved three one-on-one technical interviews, each lasting about 45 minutes. Each interviewer posed two questions requiring white-boarding. Overall, the experience was very positive, and the people were nice to talk to.

Applied online, went through a quick phone chat, then a big in-person interview, and then a final shorter interview. The phone call had one easy question. The first in-person interview was with three devs, they asked me questions on a whiteboard. I coded in Java mostly, a bit of pseudocode. After that, I had a casual final interview with the head of Android about my past experiences and projects. This last one wasn't really a test.

Applied online. Recruiter contacted me but was very slow to respond and didn't seem very responsible throughout the process. First, a recruiter phone screen where they explained the company and asked for a brief intro and background. Then, a 30-minute technical round with a software engineer. They gave me an easy coding question that I solved in 5 minutes. After a few days, the recruiter emailed to say I was selected for an onsite interview. I went onsite; the company looked nice and the environment seemed friendly. Three Android Software Engineers interviewed me one by one, each for about 45-50 minutes. Finally, the recruiter discussed the next steps and decision timeline, saying I'd hear back in 10 days. It's been 5 months, and I'm still waiting for a decision, despite following up 10 times with no reply. It was a really bad interview experience.
