Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intralox.
Mechanical Engineer
The interview process was more personal than I'd ever seen and it seemed like the interviewer actually cared about my responses. The questions were very basic like "describe a time you did this". After giving an answer I was always given really nice feedback.
- Can you tell me about an accomplishment you are proud of?
Mechanical Design Engineer
I had a phone call with a Laitram recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager and another call with employees from the department. The last part was an onsite where I got to tour the facility , do a SolidWorks test, and answer questions about my previous jobs. Four days after that, the recruiter called to say they were going to consider other people. It was a good experience even though I didn't get the offer.
- Can you share an instance where you disagreed with a colleague and explain how you reached a resolution?
- Tell me about your previous work experiences.
Mechanical Engineer
Had an initial call with HR , then the hiring manager. Didn't have great communication. Thought I was ghosted but got an email out of the blue. Wasn't sure if they were interested in hiring me. The HR does not respond to any emails after 3 rounds of interview and proposing an onsite interview. Give me a picture of the management and the professionalism of the team
- Can you tell me about your background and how you'd fit the role?
- What responsibilities will you be managing?
