I had a phone interview first, and then a few weeks later, they invited me for on-site interviews and a tour. The on-site part involved several one-on-one interviews that lasted about 4 hours. We also did a walk-through of the facility, where they explained the processes and different areas.

The interviewer asked me a bunch of technical questions about my major and classes, and how they relate to the company. They also asked about my campus involvement. Then, I got to ask them questions. The interview focused more on getting to know me as a student and how I could fit in, rather than my past work experience and contributions to Intralox.

  • What's your favorite class and your least favorite class?

Behavioral

We first connected at a campus career fair. I was initially supposed to have an on-campus interview, but I was out of town at the time. Instead, they flew me out to their site in Harrihan. They gave me a tour of the whole campus and I got to chat with a bunch of engineers there. They asked me some questions, mostly behavioral, about my goals and aspirations and how they might fit with Intralox. I had a few interviews that day. They got back to me within a couple of weeks. Overall, it was a really good experience.
