At Intralox, the application process involves several stages. One of these is a math and logic test, so it's important to be well-prepared. For example, if you don't remember how to calculate the area of a circle, it might be difficult during the test. The process looks something like this: 1. Phone call with the recruiter – an introduction and initial screening. 2. First meeting with the hiring manager – more in-depth about the role and your experience. 3. On-site test + second meeting with the hiring manager – you take the math/logic test and discuss your results. 4. Panel interview – several managers ask questions about how you handle customers, how you deal with situations, and how you behave in different scenarios. 5. Meeting with senior management – a final discussion where decisions about the final hiring are made. It's important to prepare yourself well, both technically (e.g., math and logic) and for behavioral questions.

Behavioral Technical

So I applied and got a call back pretty quickly, within about a week. The next week I had a phone interview. Then the week after that, I went in for an in-person interview where I had to do some tests. They said they'd tell me what was next, but after a 4-hour sit-down, I never heard back. Would've been nice to get a simple update.

First, there was a call with HR. Then, I went to Intralox HQ for a 3-hour session with teammates and the hiring manager, which included interviews and an assessment. I was told that if I had moved forward, there would have been 3 more interviews. I think the process should be simpler and that the in-person interview should be the final step, not the second one.
