Behavioral Presentation

Here are the usual interview stages for an Account Executive role at Intraalinks. It's not too tough to get ready for. First, a general questions round for the AE position. Then, a role-playing session with the Hiring Manager. Finally, a meeting with the Head of LoB, where they'll look at your past interview results.

Behavioral Presentation Case

We had a few rounds, first with recruiting, then with the Team and Team Lead. It included a short presentation and role-playing exercises at the end. It's very personality-focused. Having knowledge of financial markets is a plus and recommended. Very sales-driven.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through 3 interviews over about 3 weeks. It seemed like it was going well and I thought I'd meet them in person after the third phone interview. They seemed to like me, but then I got an email saying they hired someone else. I'm not sure how that person could have met them in person and accepted an offer so quickly. It's weird because usually a job offer isn't final until the candidate accepts. I don't know if it was a mistake or just unprofessional, but anyway, I've applied at Merrill Corp, a competitor, and I know people there.
