Account Executive
The whole thing took about 3 weeks, from start to finish. There were 4 rounds in total, with 2-3 interviewers each time. The first few interviews were online, but the last one was in person. The final interviews were all back-to-back, with around 6 people, lasting about 5 hours. They also gave me a simple writing test and a personality assessment during the final interviews. The questions were pretty standard, mostly checking if I'd be a good fit for the company culture. Everyone was really nice, and they kept me in the loop about what was happening next.
- Can you tell me about someone you look up to?
- Tell me about a time you didn't agree with a coworker.
- How do you best learn new things?

The interview process is thorough. There are multiple panel style interviews that occur over the course of one or two days. My interviews consisted of 3 Zoom interviews that ranged between 45 minutes to an hour, and 3 in person interviews of the same duration. In total, I interviewed with about 10 people. Although it is a long process, everyone I met with was kind and easy to talk to. The only reason I would not consider this experience a completely positive one was due to the fact that following my interviews, I received no communication from the company until I followed up a month later to inquire, at which time I was told that I would not be offered the position. I would like to be clear in the fact that I am not upset that I did not receive an offer, but I find it to be extremely inconsiderate to require so much time from a candidate and then neglect to follow up, even if there is no offer.
- What do you know about IntraFi?
Account Executive
The interview process was really well put together and gave me a good understanding of things. It included several panel interviews with the manager and team lead from Client Services, along with other AEs, managers/reps from various departments, and HR. I also had a casual lunch with some senior AEs. There was a quick assessment done via email to gauge customer service abilities. It was a great chance to experience Promontory Network's culture and see if I'd be a good fit for the company and the role. The whole thing took about 4-5 hours.
- Could you share a challenging experience from a past job and explain how you managed it?
- Tell me about a tough situation you encountered in a previous role and the steps you took to overcome it.
