Behavioral Technical

My interview experience was unfortunately quite negative. While I understand that interviewers may occasionally have off days, I believe candidates still deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. In this instance, the interviewer appeared visibly frustrated and openly criticized the recruiter in front of others, which created a tense atmosphere before my interview even began. During my interview, I encountered frequent interruptions and dismissive behavior. I was not given a fair opportunity to present my background or experiences, and much of what I shared was met with sarcasm or skepticism. At one point, I received comments that felt unnecessarily personal and not relevant to my qualifications or fit for the role. What made the experience especially disappointing is that the position I applied for was entry-level, yet I bring years of relevant experience and a strong performance record, which seemed to be overlooked entirely. Overall, the tone and conduct of the interview left me feeling disrespected and demoralized. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in the interview process for future candidates.

The interview process at IntouchCX usually goes through a few steps. First, there's a Phone Interview where a recruiter or hiring manager checks your background, experience, and if you'd be a good fit. It's a chance for everyone to see if it's a good match. After that, you might have a Question-Answer Interview, either by phone or in person, where they ask more detailed questions about your skills and how they match the job. Then comes a Team Interview, possibly with 'WS CSI,' where you meet team members to see how you'd work with them and fit into the company culture. Finally, you wait to hear back while they review everything and make a decision. This waiting part is normal as they figure out the best candidate for the team and company.

Behavioral

The interview involved behavioural questions about multitasking, computer skills, managing tough customers, and what makes for good customer service. It felt like a professional interview that lasted about 12 minutes. I'd consider it a medium-level interview.
