Account Executive
The interview process felt a bit all over the place and not very consistent. First, I had an interview with a senior leader, and then right after, another one with someone else from the sales team. After that, it got even fuzzier with communication. They said the final parts would be next week, but after chasing up different people, I found out they were actually scheduled way later. Early on, they told me to get ready with a quick presentation, but then later on they added a bunch more things I needed to cover, which really stretched out the prep time. I decided to go ahead with it, but it would have been nice to know the full picture from the start. The last part was a big panel, and some people weren't even introduced properly and didn't have their cameras on, so it was hard to tell who I was even talking to. The panel felt unusually large and structured for an interview. After it was all done, I got a generic rejection email with the wrong job title and no feedback at all. So, while the individuals seemed professional, the whole hiring process felt inefficient and not well put together. If there had been clearer communication and someone in charge of keeping things on track between the different stages, it would have been a much better experience.

Consultation Analyst
I had an initial video interview where they asked about my citizenship status and basically how I handle conflict. I got an email pretty quickly after that to schedule the next round. Scheduling was a bit of a headache; I had to fill out the calendar link three times because their two-week window would pass without any communication from them. Eventually, I had the next interview over Zoom. The interviewer was nice but seemed to have very low energy. I got a rejection email shortly after. The salary is really good, but the poor communication and time management during scheduling would make me think twice about accepting an offer.

System Engineer
So I had 4 interviews in total. It started with a basic chat with HR, then a technical interview with a few different people on the team. After that, I had an interview with the IT manager. The final stage was at the Stillwater corporate office. They asked me to prep a 10-15 minute presentation on a topic I picked, and then I interviewed face-to-face with the CEO. The whole experience was pretty good, everyone was nice, no red flags at all. Even though I didn't get an offer, which was a bummer, I felt like I learned a lot from the interview process. It sounds like a great company and I'm still hoping a good role opens up. They did email me to let me know I wasn't selected, which was considerate, and I appreciated hearing back.
- Regarding the healthcare client, can you confirm if you have any DICOM experience?
Employee Experience Coordinator
The interview process started off really well and moved fast. I had a quick culture screen set up, and then an interview with the department head right after. Both seemed really interested and said I'd be a good fit. Next, I was invited for an in-person interview with the Managing Director, scheduled for about a week later when he was visiting my city. This was the third of four stages; there were no tasks or case studies for this specific job. Everyone I met was nice, professional, and seemed to really love their company. The problem was communication after the interviews. After my in-person interview, I sent a thank-you note and asked about what's next the next business day, but got no response. I followed up again a week later, still nothing. Three and a half weeks later, I finally got a generic rejection email saying the role was filled, signed by the recruiting team instead of the hiring manager I'd been talking to. So, the people were great and the interviews went smoothly, but the lack of communication after I put in time for three rounds was a letdown.
- How do you manage when things get stressful?
- How do you deal with a lot of work and deadlines?
- How do you manage juggling multiple tasks at once?
