Technical Coding System Design Behavioral

The coding rounds were pretty standard, involving a usual discussion, coding questions, and an LLD question. I felt those went well. The employees I interacted with seemed nice, helpful, and friendly. The final round was a Culture Fit interview with the Project Manager. He brought up one of the company's values, "Don't be a Jerk." When I first saw it on their website, I figured it was just a general guideline. But his example of being a "Jerk" was an intern or new hire asking questions about implementation details or decision-making processes. He made it clear that this reflects the management style, where asking questions is frowned upon. Interestingly, he was late for our rescheduled interview and didn't inform anyone about the initial no-show. Unsurprisingly, he rejected me for not being a good culture fit, citing that I'm not a good culture fit. While the employees were friendly, the management seems toxic. I didn't receive any feedback despite asking for it.
