Product Manager
The interview process was pretty smooth and organized up until the last round with the Founder. That final meeting, though, was a real letdown. The Founder seemed totally checked out during our chat, distracted and just low on energy, maybe because of the time difference. He kicked things off, but by minute one, he was clearly not invested, often looking away when I was talking. It was a bummer after putting in so much work to get there: six hour-long interviews, plus a big assignment where I had to put together a detailed case study and a functional, vibe-coded prototype. Honestly, the final part felt like a waste of time after everything else. I also suspect they used that assignment to scout for new product ideas for their business.

Wordpress Developer
We were given an assignment to complete, and then they asked us questions about it. Besides the assignment questions, they also asked technical questions about JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. This was to check how well we understood the assignment and our basic front-end web development knowledge.
- Questions about the assignment that was provided.
- Questions about JavaScript concepts.
- Questions about HTML concepts.
Program Advisor
The interview process was pretty good and went smoothly. It took about a week or two to finish. There were about 3-4 rounds done virtually. The HR person I spoke with was nice. It took around 15-20 days to get the offer letter after the final round. This job needs a lot of hard work, as the workday can stretch up to 10 hours.

Content Marketing Manager
My interview experience with Interview Kickstart was pretty bad. I got to the assignment discussion part, but then they rejected me for 'grammatical inconsistency' in my assignment, even though we'd already talked about why those inconsistencies were there. It feels like if that was a dealbreaker, they shouldn't have let me get that far. I gave them a lot of ideas during the interview, like on Google ads, improving landing pages, and how to position their product. These took time and effort, and they could actually use them. Since I put in the work and gave them useful feedback that could help them, I think I should be compensated for it, especially since it benefits them down the line. Honestly, they need to be more transparent and respect candidates' time and what they contribute. I hope they actually consider this so future candidates have a better experience.
