Project Coordinator
First we have a zoom call where I will ask you some basic info, like your name and what you have done previously. Then, I'll assess your language proficiency to see if it aligns with our company's needs. Finally, we'll discuss the job responsibilities, and I'll let you know when to expect a follow-up call. The last interview will be in the office.
- Tell me about a challenging aspect of your previous work experience.
Project Coordinator
The interview process was entirely dependent on the interviewer. The immediate Project Manager was helpful and provided good, realistic information. However, the Site Director and other interviewers were unapproachable and offered little value. The overall interview process felt disorganized, and one part was unexpected. I asked about the facility's reputation for declining quality and service and how they planned to improve that image, but they stated there wasn't a quality issue.
- Can you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
Coordinator
The interview was in a few steps. First, a meeting with the recruiter, then meetings with the N+1 and N+2 managers. The hiring process was super fast and efficient. By the way, the employer didn't bring up the salary topic. So don't be afraid to bring it up yourself and negotiate to avoid a bad surprise...
- Could you do margin calculations?
- Tell me about yourself
- What is your biggest weakness?
