It was a pretty intense interview! We were put into a small group of about 7 candidates and taken to a meeting room. They showed us a video presentation about the company's size and finances. Then we had to take a basic numeracy and literacy test, plus another test in our specific field like biology or chemistry. After that, there was a tour of the labs and lunch. If you passed the exams, you then had four separate interviews after lunch. Two of those were technical interviews, and two were more HR-focused. Each of these had two interviewers. Even though it was intense, I thought it was a good experience and appreciated that they were really focused on finding the best people.

First, there was a phone call. Then, I went in person to interview with two managers and a senior analyst. They asked me technical questions, leadership and personality questions, and fun questions like what my favorite superpower is. We also chatted about outdoor sports and cycling. About 24 to 36 hours later, I got a phone call saying I would be getting an offer.
