It was a 2 step interview process. The first interview was with the line manager and included an Excel test along with accounting questions. The second interview was more of a formality where I met the head of the department. It was a good experience overall, and I met professional and welcoming people.

I had a telephone interview for the Accounting Manager position. It was a pretty painless process where I was walked through the position and job duties. They asked a few questions, but nothing too difficult. I felt a strong rapport with the hiring manager. The hiring paperwork was very detailed and seemed daunting. I would have been happy in the role, but I had another opportunity come up that I couldn't pass on.
