The first call was a recruiter call. Then, there was a second interview with classic questions like 'introduce yourself?', 'what's the difference between Intersport and Decathlon?', and 'why Intersport?'. Finally, there was an on-site test, a sales simulation between the manager and the candidate. I didn't get any feedback, I would have preferred to be contacted even if it was to tell me no!!
