The hiring process was really fast and it was all done online. They offer good weekly pay and get people placed quickly, with some jobs being permanent. The managers were nice and helpful, trying to get me hired ASAP.

So, there were 2 interview steps. First, they gave me a call about three weeks after I applied. Then, about a week later, I went in for an in-person interview. I actually got there about 30 minutes late because of traffic, but the interviewer was super cool about it. I was actually one of the first ones there, so I don't know how it would have gone if I was on time. The second interview was pretty quick. Even though there were other people, they saw us individually. I got the job right then and there. We went straight into training and setting up direct deposit, and they paid us for the training. Just for context, this was back in 2017. From what I've heard from people hired more recently, the interview process is way different now. This was just my personal experience.

I sent my resume via email, then followed up with two phone calls and was able to schedule an interview. I was asked what type of work I was looking for, my availability, my related experience and completed an assessment/evaluation on one of the office computers. I met with the hiring manager on a Monday, discussed potential assignment and was informed a background check would need to be completed, along with mandatory training, before I could be sent on an assignment. I was contacted Friday the same week and working a temporary assignment the following Monday.

The interview process was good and smooth. Since a leasing consultant's job has many aspects, the interviewer wants to know what makes you stand out and how you'd succeed. This is a great chance to talk about your education or work experience. Showing you have the skills needed will make the hiring manager more confident.
