The interview process was straightforward. Initially, I submitted my CV and cover letter, then completed numerical, verbal, and abstract tests. A face-to-face interview was the final step. Another interview round might have been needed, but since I'd worked at Interserve before and was returning, they were already familiar with my capabilities, so a second round wasn't necessary.

I had a phone call with a manager who seemed unprepared and was very blunt. The interview took an hour even though neither of us seemed very engaged, probably because the role wasn't described accurately beforehand. Overall, it was a bad experience and the company didn't make a good impression on me.

It was 3 full hour interviews going through in detail how to plan, program and complete a large project on time and budget. Then a full interview with John Godfrey a very direct manager with years of experience. Very hard but interesting.
