Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Internshala.
Intern
First, they screen your resume to see if you have the right qualifications. Then, there's an initial chat, maybe on the phone or video, to see if you're a good fit and if you're interested. After that, you might have a skill test or assignment to check your technical abilities. The main interviews will dig into your background, how you act, and how you solve problems. Sometimes, there's a final interview with a few people from the team to check your overall fit and skills more deeply. They might also check your references, but that's not always done. Finally, if you make it, you'll get a job offer and can talk about the details.
- What's your experience level with Kotlin and Android?
Intern
I did my internship here a while back. It was an okay experience. They did offer good chances, but my manager was a sexual predator. The whole job hunting part was fine though.
- What are your learning goals for this internship?
Intern
It was a really interactive and informative interview process. They focus on what they're actually looking for, so make sure to prepare specifically for the role. For a creative position, expect them to assess both your creativity and analytical skills. Try to understand the company culture and tailor your approach on how to act.
- Can you tell us about your experience?
- What did you do for your homework?
- What motivates you to apply for this position?
