The entire interview process was super quick, wrapping up in just about a week! It was really straightforward. I talked to at least four different people throughout. The two recruiters I interacted with were really friendly and made the experience very comfortable. They also did a good job of keeping me updated.

First, I had to complete a questionnaire with three short essay questions before any contact. After they reviewed it, I had a phone chat with the department Director; it was pretty casual, just background stuff. Then, I went in person to meet three people: a senior recruiter for admin questions (why I'm leaving, salary, past jobs, and filling out an application), the Director again for more in-depth technical and behavioral questions plus a case study, and another project manager who asked about technologies and methodologies I've used. The interview wasn't super hard but not easy either, they seemed to be looking for a very specific type of candidate with targeted questions. Everyone I met seemed pretty serious, maybe it was the Monday morning vibe?

I was reached out to by an internal recruiter, and then I had to do an online skills test. A few days later, HR got in touch to set up a Skype interview. They actually cancelled the first one because the hiring manager wasn't around that day. We rescheduled for the next day, and I had a Skype interview with both the recruiter and a Project Manager. They seemed pretty unwelcoming and didn't seem super invested in the interview. At the end, they said HR would contact me within a week, but it's been a month and still no word, and my emails haven't been returned. Super unprofessional and disrespectful. It was a waste of my time, and I wouldn't suggest working there.
