I had an interview with the Regional Manager first, where we talked about my work history and my understanding of the role. Then, I interviewed with the National Manager for China, which was similar but included more questions about how I'd handle specific situations. Finally, I had an interview with a Board Member.

I applied online with my CV. It was a standard interview process, with one round with HR and another with the future line managers. The first round was simple, just scratching the surface, asking about notice period and salary expectations. The second round went in-depth about my experience, cold-calling skills, and past performances.

Business Development Manager
International SOS has a very detailed and lengthy interview process. they make sure that we understand each other and provides complete picture of the business they are into. The process has about 5-7 rounds, inclusive of the telephonic interview. Also, they take about 2-3 months to finalize on a candidate.
