First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at International SOS.
Business Analyst
There were 3 interview rounds in total. First, I had a screening call with the recruiter. After that, I went through a technical interview. Finally, I met with the director, but they seemed to have already made up their mind about not hiring me, as the conversation lasted only 15 minutes.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
Business Analyst
So the first step was a phone call with the HR Manager. Then, the following week, I had an in-person meeting with her for about an hour at their office. Right after that, there was a 45-minute test on Excel, mostly dealing with sales data analysis, and then a 1-hour interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Tell me why you're the best fit for this role.
- How do you manage when you're under pressure?
- What are your thoughts on working extended hours?
Business Analyst
I had 2 phone calls and 1 video interview because I was in Paris at the time. Both the project manager and the VP were involved. They also gave me the opportunity to talk to the current intern and let me wait for another offer.
- Tell me about yourself.
