The interview process was fair and similar to what I've encountered before. I see interviews as a two-way street, and this one allowed me to talk with people I'd be working with and reporting to, helping me figure out if the culture and I were a good fit.

Got a call from a recruiter who reached out on LinkedIn. Sent my resume and a short cover letter, and got all my initial questions answered over the phone. Happy to say I got scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager soon after! After that first interview, I had two more in-person interviews: one with the manager's boss, and one with a peer. The last step was a phone interview. Everyone I met was great, helpful, open, and seemed like someone I'd enjoy working with.
