So, first, someone calls to set up an interview. The first interview is set for 3 weeks out, and it's with a small panel including the closest HR Rep. The second interview will be with another small panel, but this time with more key employees, and the HR manager will be logged in virtually. Then, the HR Director from an out-of-state plant might give you a call to keep the interview going. This whole thing takes about 2 months.

I applied for the HR Coordinator position on LinkedIn and got a quick response from the recruiter within a few days to set up a phone screen with her. Just two days after that call, I was invited to a Teams panel interview with three people. A day after the Teams interview, they scheduled me for an on-site interview the following week, which included some of the same panel members. After the on-site, I heard back about moving forward with an offer the next business day.

Behavioral Technical Other

So, the interview process had about 3 rounds. First was a phone call, then a one-on-one interview at a university. After that, I had another interview at HQ in Memphis. The final stage was at the location where they wanted to place me. That last part involved a physical exam, a drug test, a meet and greet, dinners, and some meetings.
