It was a panel interview with about 3 to 5 interviewers. I've actually been on both sides of this interview, as a candidate and then as an interviewer. Most of the interview is standard behavioral questions. They pull from a big list and usually ask them the same way. The wording might be a bit different, but you'll get some version of the questions I listed below.

Confirmed questions8 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you took initiative and pursued an opportunity independently?
  • In your current role, how do you define and ensure customer satisfaction?
  • Describe a situation where you had to make a decision with a very tight deadline.

I was called in for an interview for a Financial Analyst position. Since there were multiple openings, they changed it to a group interview when I arrived. The first interview went well. I was then called in for a second interview for one of the positions, which I thought went well. The questions were pretty much the same, like experience and 'tell me about yourself.' They also asked some 'what would you do in this situation' questions.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • What would you do if you had two equally important tasks your manager needed done right away?
