I applied and got an interview with the hiring manager and team. Then I had a second interview with some stakeholders I'd be working with. After that, I interviewed with the Director of the department for a third time. Finally, I got an offer.

Behavioral Presentation

Started with a recruiter screening, then an onsite panel interview. The panel included three managers, the administrator, the hiring manager, and the HR rep. The administrator kicked things off by asking what I knew about the organization. Then, the HR manager talked about benefits and asked about my short/long term goals. The hiring manager went over the main job duties and asked about my KSAs.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Despite the ICRC's structure, the process was pretty straightforward. The ICRC doesn't overuse automatic sorting software; humans receive and evaluate applications. I sent the usual documents (cover letter, CV, certificates), and after 2 weeks, HR called me to propose dates for my interview. Once the date was set, everything was confirmed by email, with care and a lot of detail, including the names and roles of the people I would meet, as well as access information by car or public transport. On the day, I reported to reception and was quickly taken care of by HR. My interview was conducted by 3 people, all directly related to the position and its responsibilities. The interview was a classic 60-minute session, followed by a 60-minute written test. The timings were respected perfectly, and the atmosphere was pleasant, cordial, and respectful. My interviewers made me want to work at the ICRC.
