Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a super thorough interview process. I started with a phone screen, then had a 1:1, followed by a panel interview, and then took a personality test and did a presentation. The panel was with three managers who are essentially clients for this role. I also met with my future manager's boss. The whole thing took a while and was a bit drawn out since some folks travel and we had to find a time that worked for everyone. They did a pretty good job of keeping me updated on the progress, which was nice compared to other places where you just hear nothing.

I started with some online interviews and tests. Then there was an in-person part. I had to take a personality test and do an exercise related to the job. After that, I did a presentation for the panel interview. For the final stage, I had two Skype interviews with senior staff and then one last interview with the Director General.

Behavioral Technical

I went through four interviews. First, a hiring manager did a screening. Then I talked to my supervisor, followed by my supervisor and some teammates. The last interview was with the head of the department. The whole process was pretty fast, about a month from the first interview to getting the offer.
