I applied online and heard back from a recruiter pretty fast. The first interview was scheduled within a week, but the second one took two weeks. Both interviews were really positive, and the interviewers were super nice and welcoming. My issue was with what happened after the second and final interview. They said I'd know within 1-2 weeks, but it took over two weeks. I followed up, and they said I'd hear by the start of the next week. Two more weeks passed, I followed up again, and got no response. Finally, I got an automated email saying I didn't get the job, about 5 weeks after my final interview. I tried to get feedback, but never heard back. The people at Intermountain are nice, but the post-interview process was rough.

It began with a phone call to schedule the first interview. After that, I had two in-person interviews. Then I had to review some SQL code and find the errors in it. After that, I had to give 5 references and they all got an email survey about me. About two weeks later, I got the job offer.
