HR gets the applications, and the manager usually calls for a phone interview for the first screen. After that, you'll have interviews with the manager and a couple of other team members. They want to see if you have the knowledge they need and also if you'll fit in with the team. They usually say they'll get back to you by the end of the week, but it usually takes about 2-3 weeks.

The interview process had two stages. First, I spoke with a manager, and then I had a second interview with a panel of three people. It was a pretty straightforward process, and the questions weren't too tough. They mostly focused on behavioral and background topics in both parts. Intermountain Healthcare really values teamwork, integrity, and a strong work ethic. If you can show you're a dedicated worker who collaborates well with others and is willing to put in extra effort, you'll likely be a good fit there.

I was contacted by a recruiter via text message. Then, I had a HireVue Interview, followed by an Excel Test. The final step was a web-based interview with the team. It's surprising that given the tech-heavy nature of the interview process, they weren't more open to letting me ask questions about the company or have them try to convince me to join. The entire experience really put me off the idea of working there.
