It was an online process that took 2 months. I had an initial chat with HR, then a combined interview with HR and the hiring manager, and finally a discussion with the hiring manager about a business case. HR was friendly and didn't ask tough questions. The manager was also friendly and asked specific, technical questions, along with questions about market knowledge.
