Went through 5 rounds of interviews. Spoke with managers and directors for about 30 minutes each. They were assessing my skills in managing stakeholders, creating documentation, and my ability to connect technical and business teams. Also discussed my current projects, which primarily involve financial data.

Behavioral Technical

There were four rounds in the interview process. The first was a 15-30 minute call with HR. The second round involved a project focused on BA strategy. The project itself wasn't overly difficult, but it was important to understand the workflow for the position.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First I had a chat with the Recruiter about the whole process and an intro. Then I had a video interview with Hire Right, where they asked about 4-5 behavioral questions and 35 technical questions covering Linux, Operating Systems, Networking, and general programming stuff. All in all, 40 questions. For the behavioral part, I had to record my answers on video. About a week after the Hire Right interview, the recruiter reached out for an onsite interview at Church Street, New York. It was an hour long with the IT manager and the head of IT. They were both nice and asked me some technical questions and about my background.
