I had a great experience with this company. The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was like an aptitude test, and the second was led by team leads. The final round was with the manager. All these rounds felt quite easy. Later that day, I was asked to wait around while they reviewed things, and the next day, they sent over the offer letter. It was a good overall experience with the company.

The entire interview focused on the basics of bond markets and equity/bond market terminologies. For instance, they asked about yield to maturity, different types of bonds, and the distinction between shareholders and debentures. Besides that, questions were also asked about the internship. They'll begin by inquiring about your educational background, strengths, and weaknesses, etc. The interview lasted for 30 minutes and was divided into three phases: Phase 1 - written test, Phase 2 - Round 1 interview, and Phase 3 - Round 2 interview.

it was a campus recruitment process. the process was conducted smoothly, and everything was good but the drawback is interviewers were not interested in taking the interview at my turn. I think the company needs a proper hiring process in the upcoming campus recruitment process.
