Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

After the initial screen, there were 5 more interview rounds. They asked scenario-based questions and gave a problem-solving challenge. There was also a culture and values interview. Everyone I met was super friendly and, even though it was tough, I really liked the whole process.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and then got an email to record myself answering some questions. The application didn't work on my Mac, so I used my phone. It was super awkward, like making an audition tape. It was timed, and I felt rushed. I'm not sure if this is the way recruiting is going, but I don't like it because you can't really tell if someone's a good fit this way. It seems like they might be testing this out since others didn't have to do it. I hope they go back to regular phone screens so they can actually TALK to people and not miss out on good candidates who aren't comfortable on camera.

Behavioral Technical

It was a straightforward process. I met with the Hiring Manager, then Team member 1, and then Team member 2. The interviews focused on candidate management, stakeholder management, sourcing techniques, systems & platforms, and languages. They asked a lot of situational questions. Overall, the questions were good and I enjoyed the interaction.
