I applied online and the first round was with HR. She asked me a little about myself and then asked "how do I strategize for a product". The interview was supposed to be 30 mins but I only spoke for 10 mins because the HR talked most of the time about the role. They seemed unsure about what they were looking for. The overall experience was good, and I don't really understand why I was rejected, but I got my response in 2 days.

I got contacted by the hiring managers, then had a follow-up with them, and a call with the recruiter. After that, I received a home task. There was no feedback until I basically spammed them. It took nearly two months to get a response. They wanted to have a phone call. I gave my availability but heard nothing again. After I emailed them a couple of weeks later, they finally scheduled a call to tell me I didn't get the job. They mentioned they didn't get feedback from the teams on why I didn't get it, which could have been communicated in an email two months prior. A complete waste of my time.

First, there was a talent/recruiter screening for 30 minutes. If you passed that, you'd have a 30-minute interview with the Hiring Manager. If that went well, they'd send you info to prep a project. Then, a 30-minute project presentation followed. After that, a 30-minute team working & collaboration interview with 2 members/leaders from different teams. Lastly, a Values Interview.
