For the summer internship program, interbank holds an Assessment Center at the tower. There, you'll work on a practical case in groups and then present it. I recommend solving the case and analyzing it, looking for solutions related to what interbank already does/offers. Google it, yes it's allowed and it's better to use real information, so you're not just looking for solutions based on what you think is correct.

There were a lot of interactive activities, like different fun games, detailed presentations, and tough group case studies. This really helped with teamwork and building group skills. These activities were meant to help people communicate well, solve problems together, and be creative as a group. It was a stimulating and learning environment for everyone. By tackling these team challenges, people could learn to work better together, sharing ideas and strategies to reach common goals.
