Group Presentation

For the summer internship program, interbank holds an Assessment Center at the tower. There, you'll work on a practical case in groups and then present it. I recommend solving the case and analyzing it, looking for solutions related to what interbank already does/offers. Google it, yes it's allowed and it's better to use real information, so you're not just looking for solutions based on what you think is correct.

Behavioral Case Presentation

There were 3 interviews total. The first interview was with HR, who asked general questions about me and my past experiences. The second interview was with the same HR person and someone from the team. The final interview was with three people: an HR person, a supervisor, and the head of the department I'd be working for. In that last interview, they asked specific case questions, like how I would market their new product.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process involves three interviews. First, you'll chat with HR. Then, there's a technical interview with the head of the area. Finally, you'll meet with the division head. The first and last interviews are mainly for getting to know you, understanding your career aspirations, what you expect from the company, and what you can bring. The technical interview is mostly theoretical, covering topics like microservices, DDD, and event-driven architectures.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Can you explain your understanding of microservices theory?
  • What is your knowledge regarding DDD?
  • Tell me about front-end concepts.
