The whole process took 4 weeks, which felt like forever due to the delays and anxiety. It was a horrible experience. We had four rounds, and then they put us on hold for HR. It was the worst and most mentally draining process ever. There was literally no communication for a full week. Even if I got the job, I'd struggle to say anything positive about how this interview process went.

The placement process had 5 rounds. First was an aptitude round with a coding question. Then there was a predictive index assessment. After that, a virtual technical round, followed by an in-person technical round. Finally, an HR round. You had to clear each round to move to the next one.

Coding Technical

It was a slow interview process with an inept management team. I completed an open-ended online coding assessment focused on OOPs principles. I really enjoyed my conversations with Shri and Glen, who were both knowledgeable and pleasant. My later interviews were quite disappointing, though. One interviewer, a Russian guy, seemed disengaged from the start and clearly didn't want me there. The other, Anthony, asked about a specific technical problem I'd solved at work. He seemed positive afterwards, giving me a good signal, but I ended up getting rejected, and I have no idea why. It felt like a complete waste of my time. The HR team didn't provide any feedback either.
