So the interview process is like this: first, we have a group discussion where you'll be given a topic and need to speak for 2 minutes. After that, there's an aptitude test covering logic, math, and English, followed by a personality test and a personal interview. You also have to clear the NISM series exam to be eligible for the interview. They eliminate candidates at every stage.

The job offer I received was rescinded the day before my intended start date, which was a truly terrible experience. After accepting the offer, making arrangements, and even resigning from my previous job, they canceled it just before I was supposed to begin. They expressed strong interest in hiring me, we agreed on salary and work details, but then they canceled on the Friday before my Monday start. This was incredibly inconvenient, not only did I have to cancel other job prospects, but I couldn't schedule new interviews due to the upcoming holidays. I found their handling of the situation to be dishonest and unprofessional. Potential candidates should be aware they might face a similar situation.

The interview process involved four rounds. Round 1 was a presentation and company description. Round 2 was a group discussion (teamwork vs. individual work). Round 3 was a predictive index test. Round 4 was a written and audio test. I passed the group discussion and then took the index test. However, the results were not shared, and we were not selected without any explanation. I'm still unsure of the reason, and I wish the HR had at least provided feedback or the selection criteria for the predictive index test. After the results were announced, the HR asked those not selected to leave the meeting, which I found inappropriate.
