First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Inter-Con Security.
Security Guard
The interview process was very straightforward, nothing unexpected. You just answer and be honest, it's simple. They won't ask you anything that's a curveball, just the basic security questions. There's a drug test, which involves a cotton swab and a pee test for transit security.
- Can you handle difficult situations
Security Officer
The interview process was easy and it seems like a great place to work. The pay and benefits are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this job and I am looking to retire from here.
- What do you consider your greatest weakness?
Security Officer
You won't even be considered for the job application if you don't have a valid PERC card, a driver's license, and a 20-hour training certificate. After that, we'll review your application and give you a call if we want to interview you. The interview will cover basic interview questions. If we decide to hire you after that, you'll undergo a drug test, a background check, and we'll get your measurements for your uniforms.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
