So the interview panel was made up of four people, all with different levels of experience. Three of them were from the main office, and one was from a country office. They kicked things off with a quick introduction and then asked a total of 4 questions, with each person on the panel asking one. After that, I got to ask them some questions about what the bank does.

I applied for the intern position on the IDB page. About three weeks after applying, I got an email asking for my availability for an interview, giving me three date options. The interview itself was around 30 minutes long and involved four people from the department who asked questions relevant to the role.
