It was a pretty straightforward process. I spoke with four different people. They asked me to introduce myself, talk about my previous work experience, and also some behavioral questions.

Worst interview process I’ve ever been involved with. First, there was an initial call with HR. Then, a phone call with the Engineering manager. The final round was a series of interviews with 5 engineers. The process was really slow and frustrating. I was told two times that they were writing me an offer, and in the end, I was ghosted. Seems to be a trend. Huge waste of time which is frustrating, as my time commitment was well over five hours of interview time. Very disrespectful to just be ghosted in the end.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out a few weeks later to set up an interview. There was a typical HR screening interview, which was then followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. This interview was pretty average, and he spent most of his time talking about the company. He mentioned they would schedule a video interview next, but I never heard back from him. About a month later, the recruiter emailed to say they were moving forward with other candidates who had more experience. It was unprofessional how they didn't follow through with scheduling the next interview.
