I had an HR executive round and an HR manager round. Then there was an assessment based on the job I applied for. After that, a virtual technical interview, and finally, a face-to-face interview at the client's location. If you're willing to relocate, they'll arrange the interview there.

Technical Presentation

The interview process had way too many rounds. Recruiters kept calling to set up and then reschedule appointments repeatedly. I got through two technical rounds, but because the panel messed up feedback entry in the system, I had to retake those same two rounds. I passed those again too. After that, there were supposed to be two or more client-facing rounds. When I tried to get a straight answer, the recruiters were really vague, saying their process isn't fixed and changes a lot. They did set up one client round, but it got cancelled once. After the cancellation, the recruiter went completely silent, not responding to emails or anything.

Intelliswift HR sent a glider assessment, but then called to schedule an online interview with Walmart for the same day at 11 am. The interview with Walmart didn't go well. However, HR contacted me again later that day, confirming the feedback wasn't positive but insisted I complete the assessment for other team opportunities. I finished the assessment. HR called again in the evening requesting Pan card and photo via email, which I sent. No updates followed for three days. When I called on the fourth day, HR stated the client put my profile 'on hold' due to my expected CTC exceeding their budget, despite me clearly communicating my expectations during the initial call. They wasted my time.

The process involved 5 rounds of interviews. After these, they requested relevant documents dated March 4th. Following document submission, communication ceased. Upon my follow-up call on March 16th, HR cited an unspecified issue and promised a callback by March 25th, which never happened. Throughout the scheduling, multiple HRs contacted me, sometimes calling multiple times a day, altering schedules, and even engaging in arguments among themselves about who should introduce me or who sent the initial email, right before introducing me to the interviewer. This lack of professionalism made for a very poor experience. Initially, HR indicated the process would conclude within 7 days, but it's now been nearly a month since my 5th round (which included an HR round). It feels like a complete waste of my time.
