I interviewed with IntelliPro for the Recruitment (Associate Consultant - Manager) role. I passed the first phone interview and was supposed to have another one with the hiring manager. I prepped a lot for it, but they canceled the interview the night before because they changed their hiring needs. It was disappointing and felt disrespectful because it was so last minute. I would have preferred they told me earlier. The recruiter did tell me about the cancellation, but it was too late. Hopefully, IntelliPro can communicate better in the future.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So we have 3 rounds in the interview process. First, there's a phone chat with HR to go over your background, experience, and why you're keen on the job. Then, a video call with the hiring manager, where they'll dive deep into your skills and how you'd fit into the team, possibly with some technical or 'what if' questions. Lastly, you'll meet with senior folks or future teammates to see how you vibe with the company culture and wrap up any loose ends. Depending on the role, this might involve a case study or a presentation.

The interviewers were really nice, from the staff all the way up to the boss. It was about 3 to 5 interviews total. Everyone seemed happy to talk about their experiences and what they find challenging about working here, and you could tell they were really into what they do. Some of the staff really treat this job as their own career path. The boss was great too, very direct about his industry knowledge and what he expects.
