First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intellect Design Arena.
Quality Manager
I interviewed for the Quality Manager role, and the process kicked off with a direct conversation with senior leadership. It wasn't super formal, more like a chat about my past experiences, how I approach quality, and if I was open to moving or coming into the office. They mostly asked conversational questions about my previous work and how I'd tackle quality transformation projects. After that, HR kind of went quiet. I tried to follow up, but didn't get clear info until later, when I found out it didn't work out. The interview itself was good, but the whole process felt a bit unclear and didn't have a proper ending. If you're going for this, be ready for casual chats with leaders and be flexible about hearing back from HR.
- Could you discuss your thoughts on applying Machine Learning and AI to defect management?
Assistant Manager
Intellect Design Arena Limited came to my college for campus placements. First, there was a written aptitude test, and then one technical interview round. The whole process was pretty straightforward and easy. The interview took about an hour, and the person interviewing me was technically skilled and seemed to be in a senior position at the company.
- Could you tell me about your projects related to machine learning?
Test Manager
DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. Worst hiring process and this company has a bunch of extremely unprofessional HR, recruiters and senior management. They take infinite time in getting back to you and do not even give an update. Had to follow up with them many times. When I was called for interview, I had to wait for hours. Next, the Executive VP of this company is not professional enough in allocating time to do the interview. It is very unfortunate that they do not treat the candidates with respect. Intellect, if you can't find time to take an interview, put your hiring process on hold and do not waste the time of candidate. Strongly recommend candidates to not choose this company. A friend told me that Intellect took more than a month to give the offer letter.
- Asked some really dumb questions.
