So the interview had a few parts. First, there was a technical round where they checked my skills in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and how I handle problems. Then, I met with the VP. This part was more about my strategic thinking, how I make decisions, and the business impact of my past work. I talked about what I did, the tough spots, and how I fixed them, making sure it all tied back to what the company wanted.

We start with an online assessment, then a face-to-face technical interview, followed by an HR interview. It's a medium-level process. If you pass that, we'll give you a Letter of Intent (LOI). After that, there's a test based on our technologies. If you pass this test, you'll be onboarded; otherwise, you won't.
