I applied for a QA position and the interview process was good. It started with a written aptitude and puzzles test, followed by a task where I had to write a use case/test case document covering all positive and negative scenarios.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process included two technical rounds, one on a weekend and another on a weekday. Both results were received the same day. Later that day, after the second interview with the test manager, there was an HR discussion about the compensation package. After some negotiation, we agreed on a package. The HR then mentioned a document verification email would be sent, followed by the offer letter. As promised, I sent all requested documents. Two weeks later, I received a salary breakup email showing a package much lower than what was discussed. This negotiation went on for over two weeks, and they finally stated that this was the maximum they could offer. I accepted it reluctantly and asked for the offer letter, which they said would be sent in two days. After a week with no offer, I contacted HR, who kept saying it would be sent in two days, then a week. Eventually, after numerous follow-ups, they informed me the position was on hold and they would update me when it became available. The entire HR process was very frustrating and poorly handled.
