The interview process started with an online assessment that included two DSA questions, computer fundamentals, and SQL. After that, there was a DSA round with easy to medium LeetCode-style problems. Finally, an HR round happened where they asked about my family and personal stuff.

HR called me first for a phone screen, and then I had a technical interview the next day. It was pretty simple, but they did say I wouldn't get paid for the first three months of training. They also mentioned that if I do well during training, they might bring me onto projects. But the pay after training is only $3,000 a month, and even project work isn't much better, plus projects only last 2-3 months. It seems a bit strange, and I haven't heard of other companies doing this.
