It begins with a group discussion covering basic topics. Then, there's a combined technical and HR interview. The HR part focuses on cultural fit and willingness to work outside standard hours. The technical part assesses how well you apply theoretical knowledge.

The interview process was mainly virtual, with a Level 1 and Level 2 interview, followed by an HR round. From the initial call to the date of joining, the entire team provided excellent follow-up, ensuring a smooth interview process with no issues.

I applied through my university. The first round was an online test with two sections: one on number series, verbal ability, and mental ability (no quantitative aptitude), and the other on core Java multiple-choice questions, which was a bit tough. Around 150 people applied, and 40 were shortlisted. The next round was a technical interview. It was a good experience; the interviewer was open and listened patiently. It lasted about 45 minutes and questions were purely resume-based. I was asked to explain my project in detail. Since I mentioned being good at data structures, core Java, C++ concepts, and SQL queries, the interviewer asked about OOPS concepts with real-time examples, Java collections (HashMap), trees in data structures, and simple SQL queries. The company prioritizes strong Java concepts. I cleared this round and proceeded to the HR interview. Out of the 40 shortlisted, 7 were MCA students who went directly to HR and 6 were placed. Of the remaining 33, about 14 went to the HR round. The HR round was a typical one, covering strengths, weaknesses, and general topics. Most students who clear the technical round get placed after the HR interview. Out of 14, 12 were offered the job, and I was one of them. I'm an average student with 7.5 CGPA and weak programming skills, but I cleared due to a week of Java concept preparation and basic DS/SQL knowledge. Planned preparation can help crack this interview.
