There were 3 stages. First was an email writing test where the topic was 'I want a refund for a damaged product. Please help me.' You had to write an email to the customer explaining the refund procedure. Second was an HR round where they asked about the company's processes (Flipkart specifically), your hobbies, and other things to test your communication skills. Third was an Ops round where they explained the company and your role. Basically, prepare with the email topic, do a little research on Flipkart and eCommerce, and be fluent. That's it.
