It started with a group jam where HR talked to everyone and asked us to talk about a simple thing like our watch, shirt, or pen. After that, we had a second round, an online test worth 40 marks, which was pretty tough. It had basic English, some really difficult math, and graph questions. The third round was with HR again, who asked some math questions and also asked me to talk about the Pulwama attack.

So, after Teleperformance acquired Intelnet, I went through their interview process at the Thane office. It was a 3-round process. First, there was a round called "VNC" to check communication skills. In this, the HR connected to someone over the phone. They first asked me to talk about myself and also asked questions from my resume. Then, a mock call was done where I had to act as a customer care executive and respond to the interviewer who was pretending to be a customer. Lastly, I had to pick a topic and speak on it for a while. The second round was an email test for about 1:30 hours, where we had to write emails based on given questions. Finally, the third round was a face-to-face interview with a senior department member, and they also asked questions based on my resume.

- During the telephonic interview, I had to handle a mock call where the caller acted as a bank customer and I needed to respond as a bank customer care executive.
- For the telephonic interview, I was given two topics to choose from and speak on one of them for a while.
- Also in the telephonic interview, a general question was asked related to the topic I chose to speak on.

This was for a role of Sr. Executive for Payment Investigations. First was a typing test, then a voice and accent round. After that, an English grammar test (simple questions via paper). Then there were two HR rounds, one with Ambit and another with Ascendas. Finally, a Manager Round with Ascendas. The interview process may have changed now after these years. You should have a degree for this position. Overall process is easy in terms of difficulty. The process is interesting. If you have no hope of getting a job elsewhere and are ok to work at day and nights with low pay each year - this is the best place for you.
