The interview process had three rounds. First, there was an initial screening by HR. Then, a technical round was conducted by team leads. Finally, there was a face-to-face manager round. I didn't get an offer or any feedback, even though I thought all my interviews went well. I asked some employees and they said the pay is below market, which I think is why I didn't get the offer.

Integrichain reached out for an initial phone screen on a Monday. They mentioned they were hiring for two HR roles: an HR Director for a new acquisition and an HR Business Partner for an internal group. The conversation leaned towards the HR Director role. They said I'd advance to a second round and would hear back to schedule it by Wednesday, asking me to inform them if I accepted another offer. Eleven days later, on a Friday, they called back to see if I was still interested. They asked some screening questions again, and told me I'd move to a second interview, which we scheduled for the next Monday at 9 am. They gave me tips for the interview and said I'd get a meeting link via email. The next day, I hadn't received the link, so I emailed them. Monday at 9 am came, still no link. I called, left a voicemail. Five and a half hours after the scheduled interview time, I got an email saying they decided to pause interviewing me. They failed to communicate their change of plans, which was frustrating.

I applied through Naukri and had a technical video interview initially, mostly checking knowledge. I felt I answered most questions well. When I followed up with HR, my status was on hold. After chasing them, they cited internet issues and my camera being off at the start of the video call as feedback, which I found strange. They then mentioned needing a face-to-face interview, which I was open to. I didn't receive an invite, but after more follow-ups, a 45-minute video interview was scheduled. This went well, but the feedback was that I don't know SQL, despite knowing Django ORM and SQLAlchemy. They also asked about UI frameworks, and I mentioned I know them but haven't worked with them extensively. This feedback was surprising as I have a strong SQL background and over 4 years of experience. While the HR was helpful, the panel didn't seem to be looking for honest candidates, and the feedback lacked logical sense, making it a waste of time.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews which took 3 weeks in total. The first round was a basic call with HR. The second round was an online test with 6 technical questions about SQL and Excel, pretty basic stuff. The third round was a Zoom call with two senior-level people. Even though I answered 95% of the questions and the interviews felt positive, I didn't get an offer. My advice is to brush up on your SQL and Excel basics.
