First, there was a phone screen with HR. Then, I had a 2-hour face-to-face interview, split into two 1-hour sessions with different interviewers. The process wrapped up with a 30-minute writing exercise. They provided three topics, and I had to write a 1-2 page response to evaluate my communication skills. This company really values cultural fit, to the point it felt like 'Stepford Wives.' I was told I have a strong project management background but didn't seem engaged, which I found odd since I led the conversation for 30 minutes after the first interviewer finished early, covering a range of work and personal topics.

Behavioral Other

The interview process lasted about two weeks. First, there was a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, I interviewed with local Project Management leaders, and it went well. They flew me out to their headquarters for the final interviews with the main PMs in the office, including the CRO and VRO. I felt like I nailed the interviews, but I didn't get an offer. What was interesting is that they are very spiritual, and that came up in the questions. After they asked about my spirituality, which I think was the issue, I was honestly turned off by the company. I wasn't worried about getting an offer after I got home, but I did ask what I could have done better in my interviews, but they never responded. Overall, it was a good experience, but they passed on a highly proficient and dedicated PM.

I first submitted an online application and got an email response right away on Jan 12. Then, I had a phone screening on Jan 18, followed by a 60-90 minute online assessment on Jan 19. After that, I was invited for on-site 1:1 interviews which took up half a day on Feb 15. The next step was an invite to a full day on-site interview on Mar 8, which included 1:1s, a panel interview, a presentation, and a meeting with the CEO. Finally, I received an offer letter on Mar 27.
